If you fill in a form we collect your name, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message. If you browse the site we collect standard analytics such as pages viewed and rough location, through Google Analytics.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare your audit, and to understand which parts of this website are useful. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data follows Google’s standard retention.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@weblab4u.ca and we will action it within thirty days.
